Most Items Are Shipped The Same Day The Order Is Received (prior to 3pm central)

If you need expedited and/or need to make changes to your order please contact us immediately either via (918)488-1320 or via email at orders@parts2u.com as once we receive your order it is generally processed within 2 hours of receipt and changes cannot be guaranteed once this processing has been initiated.

*Items Containing Refrigerant, Oils And/or Chemicals Will Only Be Shipped Ground So When Ordering These Products You May Expect Some Delay In Arrival.

Over-sized Items Will Be Shipped General Freight, However Items Under 20lb Will Usually Ship Via USPS Or UPS. 

*PLEASE BE CERTAIN TO NOTE ON YOUR ORDER IF A CERTAIN SHIPPER DOES NOT SHIP TO YOUR ADDRESS 
ie: IF YOU HAVE A PO BOX MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE THAT IN YOUR ADDRESS FOR USPS SHIPPING PURPOSES

*All items purchased from Appliance Parts 2 U either directly or via a shopping network are made pursuant to a "SHIPPING CONTRACT"
This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Shipping Insurance is available upon request as well as any "Priority USPS" items will already have up to $200 included and UPS items carry an automatic $100 policy. We will assist you in making a claim if the need arises. *You can also request shipping insurance when placing an order which most carriers have available and will be available to you during check out.
*If you receive a package that appears to be damaged upon delivery- Make sure you take pictures of the packaging and at this point you can "Decline" delivery which the carrier will then have to send the item back to us. With that said be sure again to take pics of the damage and contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement and/or refund for you however if the item is received or damage is concealed and not found until opened then you will have to file a claim at your end with your local post office or UPS carrier.

ADDRESS CHANGES
If you request an address change after the order has been processed and/or shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed in time. Both USPS & UPS require the RECEIVER to make contact with them directly for any changes once the item has left our facility. With that said USPS & UPS may charge you for any changes or updates to the original delivery

INCORRECT ADDRESS PROVIDED OR RETURNED TO SENDER
Appliance Parts 2 U reserves the right to charge an additional shipping fee to if you request that any products be re-shipped, whether because you originally submitted an incorrect address when you placed your order with us or otherwise. 
Accordingly, please be sure and review the shipping information you submit very closely to ensure it is accurate.

SHIPPING GUARANTEE
We do not guarantee shipping arrival time as once the items leave our facility, your items are in the hands of a 3rd party carrier. All shipping carriers do not include any kind or guarantee due to weather, machinery breakdown or human error
All estimated arrival times are just that, estimates however in most cases all shipments will arrive on or before the estimated delivery times
We stock a full inventory of thousands of items. Although 98% of our orders ship out on the same day, we do run low on some items, and those orders may take an extra day or two before being shipped. We also have several warehouses throughout the United States. We do our best to process your order from the closest warehouse to the requested shipping address so your items will arrive to you by the fastest means possible. 
However, every once in a while, we run out of inventory and must ship your items from a different warehouse that may be further away than expected.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - SPECIFICALLY IMPORT / EXPORT DUTIES & FEES
Per Import/Export Regulations - When ordering from Appliance Parts 2 U, The "BUYER/PURCHASER" is responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country and any and all IMPORT/ EXPORT Duties & Taxes are paid. 
*These fees ARE NOT included in your purchase price. 

*The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Appliance Parts 2 U has no control over these charges, nor can Appliance Parts 2 U predict what they may be if any at all.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. *When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Note:Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID. Countries that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.

*NOTE - If you choose FEDEX or UPS as your shipping choice, generally they offer this service automatically so *IF any duties and taxes are due you will be notified by the shipping company as to any amounts due and collect it from you which in turn they will take care of paying the governing body in your country for you. *USPS DOES NOT Offer this service however but in most cases your item will arrive to you without any Duties due.
