For Store Pick Ups, Parts Not Stocked At Our " Direct To The Public Store" Will Be Shipped In Usually Same Or Next Day And You Will Be Notified As Soon As The Part/s Are Available For Pick Up

How can I check my order?

Can I cancel my order after I have submitted it?

Yes, you will need to contact our customer service department at (918) 488-1320 as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed and is in the shipping department we can not cancel it.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We only charge tax on customers within the state of Oklahoma.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Paypal. 

Do You Sell OEM or AFTERMARKET Parts?
Both. We Sell Both OEM And Aftermarket Parts- Herein Called "REPLACEMENT" Parts And Equipment.  

Return policy?
NOTE- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Must Be Obtained And Completed Prior To Returning Your Merchandise

Stock parts: We have a no fault 30-day return policy. Part must be in new, resalable condition, never installed and in its original packaging. Please place a copy of the original invoice and a short explanation for return. If we caused the error, please enclose a short explanation to receive credit for the freight, otherwise refunds will reflect freight costs plus a 10% restocking fee (ie: original freight cost will be deducted from your refund as well as a 5% restocking fee.)\
If you received your part FREIGHT FREE from us all of the incurred freight cost will be deducted from your refund also and will reflect up to a 5% restocking fee also
Special order (non-stock) parts: Can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY, less freight and less up to a 10% restocking fee within 30 days.

Please email us at orders@parts2u.com upon sending a part back for refund with a tracking number of your package to ensure that we receive it so we can issue a refund in a timely manner.

How is my package shipped?
Most packages are shipped UPS  or USPS within the continental United States.
Some of the larger items are shipped by freight lines. Very small parts or inexpensive items maybe shipped via parcel post.

When should I expect to receive my shipment?
If the order is received by 3:00 pm CST, Monday thru Friday, and the parts are in stock we will ship it the same day in most cases. If the order is received after 5:00 pm CST, it will shipped no later than the next business day. If a part is not in stock, it will be ordered from the manufacturer and will be shipped as soon as we receive the part from the factory. Most non-stock parts ship within two weeks (exceptions do apply). Orders placed on Sunday may be shipped out on Monday. Most packages unless specified otherwise are sent UPS or Parcel Post from Tulsa, Ok, and should arrive within 1 to 5 business days depending on the ship-to location.
