CORE RETURNS & PART RETURN POLICY

1. Unless Noted "Non Returnable" At Time Of Purchase- All Parts Carry A 30 Day Return Policy For Full Refund minus any and all freight charges. If Your Purchase Was Shipped "Freight Free" The Original Shipping Fee May Be Deducted From Your Refund.
NOTE: ANY AND ALL RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN NEW UNUSED AND UNINSTALLED CONDITION AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING (IF APPLICABLE). ONCE INSTALLED ALL PARTS WILL CARRY A "REPLACEMENT ONLY" MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY AND WILL THEN FALL UNDER THE GUIDELINES OF A "WARRANTY CLAIM".

2. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Must Be Filled Out Prior To Returning Your Item/s. To Obtain An RMA Simply CLICK HERE To Be Taken To The Correct Page

3. A Restocking Fee Of 10%-25% May Apply To Your Order Unless We Sent Your Incorrect Or Damaged Parts. (Restocking Fees Are Gauged Upon Shipping & Handling Costs)

4. If You Have To Return Your Part/s For Any Reason Please Note That Unless Specifically Noted When Purchased (Non Returnable Items) Parts Returns Must Be Made Within 30 Days Of Receipt.

5. All Parts Returned Must Be In Original Packaging So They Can Be Re-Sold As Well As In UNUSED, UNINSTALLED And New Condition. If You Have Installed The Part For Any Reason, Returns Will Not Be Accepted

6. To Ensure That Your Refund Is Not Delayed, All Returns Must Be Accompanied By Original Sales Order Number And Be Returned And Addressed ONLY TO THE FOLLOWING LOCATION And Not To The Location Your Part Was Sent From As We May Ship Your Part Direct From The Factory Or From One Of Our Affiliate Branches If your location is closer to theirs or if the item was a non stock item.

CORE CHARGES:
If Your Part/s Had A Core Charge, Please Send Your Old Part Back For "CORE REFUND" All Cores Must Be Returned In The Box That Your Part Was Sent In As Most Manufacturers Will Not Accept Them Otherwise. We Thank You For Your Co-operation In This Matter. Core Refunds Will Be Refunded In Full Upon Receipt Of Your Core

REFUNDS TO YOUR CC
Please note that once we receive your part return or core, your refund will be issued within 24 hours of receipt, however please be patient, depending on your financial institution, your refund may take 3-5 days and sometimes longer to show on your statement. You will receive an email from Customer Service when a refund has been issued.


WARRANTY 

Appliance Parts 2 U gladly offers a full manufacturer's warranty on all the parts and accessories we sell. In all cases this is always the warranty that the "manufacturer themselves offer". It can range from 90 days up to one year and is generally a replacement only program. A replacement part is supplied if all of their criteria are met. This is subject to manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions which may or may not include the return of the part, model and serial number requirements, and more. Appliance Parts 2 U does not offer any extensions on the manufacturer's warranty nor does it have the ability to alter them. If a part becomes defective within the manufacturer's warranty period under normal use conditions, please see below for information as to processing your claim

*Appliance Parts 2 U cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss and/or damage caused by or due negligence on the part of the an employee and/or the manufacturer, installer of any part or item sold. Any and all replacement and/or warranty claims will be limited to only replacement of the part in question. If an exact part is unavailable then Appliance Parts 2 U reserves the right to exchange the part with an equivalent part if one is available. If an equivalent part exceeds the original cost paid, Appliance Parts 2 U reserves the right to charge any and all additional costs on to the purchaser. If a replacement part becomes unavailable, a *store credit (no refunds will be issued on warranty partswill be issued. Store credit can be used at any time and will be valid for up to 2 years from the date of issue Appliance Parts 2 U will only be liable for the original replacement cost of the part which *will not include shipping and handling charges paid at time of purchase. 

  • All Electronic Boards And Components Containing Electronics - 90 Days
  • All Other Mechanical & Non Mechanical Parts Carry Their Respective Manufacturers Warranties Which Can Range From 90 Days - 1 Year. 

SHIPPING YOUR ITEM BACK:

*Appliance Parts 2 U is not responsible for any and all shipping charges (both ways) incurred in the case of all warranty parts unless within the first 30 days of purchase. In this case Appliance Parts 2 U will pay for return shipping only, the purchaser will be responsible still for the shipping cost back to us. In some cases where the cost of the item is below $25.00 or Appliance Parts 2 U deems it un-necessary we may request an image of the damaged/faulty item sent via email only and you will not need to ship the item back

FILING A WARRANTY CLAIM:






All pre-approved returns must have a completed WARRANTY FORM and the RGA number (which will be your original order/invoice #must be printed on the outside of the package so we can process it faster for you

No credit will be authorized on the following claims: 

Returns out of Warranty (expired or void)

Returns without proper authorization number

Invalid or non-current part number

Special Order items

Products not sold by Appliance Parts 2 U  Credit or exchange will be issued upon Appliance Parts 2 U inspection and approval.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and include a return shipping label. 

Appliance Parts 2 U reserves the right of final approval on all returns.
