CORE RETURNS & PART RETURN POLICY
1. Unless Noted "Non Returnable" At Time Of Purchase- All Parts Carry A 30 Day Return Policy For Full Refund minus any and all freight charges. If Your Purchase Was Shipped "Freight Free" The Original Shipping Fee May Be Deducted From Your Refund.
NOTE: ANY AND ALL RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN NEW UNUSED AND UNINSTALLED CONDITION AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING (IF APPLICABLE). ONCE INSTALLED ALL PARTS WILL CARRY A "REPLACEMENT ONLY" MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY AND WILL THEN FALL UNDER THE GUIDELINES OF A "WARRANTY CLAIM".

*Appliance Parts 2 U cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss and/or damage caused by or due negligence on the part of the an employee and/or the manufacturer, installer of any part or item sold. Any and all replacement and/or warranty claims will be limited to only replacement of the part in question. If an exact part is unavailable then Appliance Parts 2 U reserves the right to exchange the part with an equivalent part if one is available. If an equivalent part exceeds the original cost paid, Appliance Parts 2 U reserves the right to charge any and all additional costs on to the purchaser. If a replacement part becomes unavailable, a *store credit (no refunds will be issued on warranty parts) will be issued. Store credit can be used at any time and will be valid for up to 2 years from the date of issue Appliance Parts 2 U will only be liable for the original replacement cost of the part which *will not include shipping and handling charges paid at time of purchase.
SHIPPING YOUR ITEM BACK:
*Appliance Parts 2 U is not responsible for any and all shipping charges (both ways) incurred in the case of all warranty parts unless within the first 30 days of purchase. In this case Appliance Parts 2 U will pay for return shipping only, the purchaser will be responsible still for the shipping cost back to us. In some cases where the cost of the item is below $25.00 or Appliance Parts 2 U deems it un-necessary we may request an image of the damaged/faulty item sent via email only and you will not need to ship the item back
FILING A WARRANTY CLAIM:
All pre-approved returns must have a completed WARRANTY FORM and the RGA number (which will be your original order/invoice #) must be printed on the outside of the package so we can process it faster for you
No credit will be authorized on the following claims:
Returns out of Warranty (expired or void)
Returns without proper authorization number
Invalid or non-current part number
Special Order items
Products not sold by Appliance Parts 2 U Credit or exchange will be issued upon Appliance Parts 2 U inspection and approval.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and include a return shipping label.
Appliance Parts 2 U reserves the right of final approval on all returns.
